Hi Benjamin,

sometimes you get this error (.dll could not be accessed) if your indexing service is running. so you could disable the service or disable indexing for the asp.net temp. files folder.

I just finished updating the Arena Wars Website, but I had some stupid troubles with the IIS security.  If I change any file there, I get . dll could not be accessed error.
